Our individual instrument lessons are available starting from the age of 4. We offer flexible lesson durations, including 30-minute and 60-minute options. Group lessons are only available for 60-minute sessions.
Our primary goal is to provide each student with a high-quality and enriching education, ensuring they feel happy and inspired at our academy while developing a love for music.
Additionally, we offer a comprehensive and globally recognized education model. Within this framework, students have the opportunity to earn a certificate and diploma from the prestigious London College of Music, known worldwide for its excellence.

Terms and Policies
REGISTRATION FEE
There is a $30 registration fee for each student at the time of registration. Additional family members pay $25 for registration. Students who suspend classes for 2 months or more will be required to re-register. Students may reserve the right to make up days and times of classes during their suspension by paying the course fees. This is called a registration freeze. The registration fee is not charged again from the student who has frozen registration.
MONTHLY FEES
All our fees are based on the 4-week rule. The student makes a lump sum payment for 4 weeks on the day of registration. The next payment is planned to coincide with the 5th week. The payment day is not shifted due to the week the student is absent, but compensation can be planned.
COURSE MATERIALS
The list of materials that each student should bring with him/her to the class will be notified during registration. You can get all the materials from our academy.
MISSED LESSONS AND COMPENSATION POLICY
To reschedule a lesson, 24 hours notice must be given. Those cancelled on the same day due to illness/emergency may take 3 courtesy make-up classes per year. Rescheduled classes and make-up classes must be scheduled NO LATER than 2 months after the date of the original class. Once a courtesy make-up class is scheduled, it cannot be rescheduled. Courtesy make-up classes will NOT be given for missed classes without prior notice. No refunds will be given for missed classes or the payment date cannot be changed. The same applies to classes that fall on days when our academy is closed. Lessons given for any teacher absences will be covered by a substitute on the regular class day or a make-up lesson will be scheduled by the teacher with the student. Melisa Karan Music & Art Academy also reserves the right to reschedule any make-up/rescheduled lesson for new students who wish to enrol. All planning is done by MKMA.
